We offer a variety of Yoga classes led by a variety of skilled instructors. A description of each class can be found below. Beginners are welcome in all of our classes as modifications are always available.

HIIT yoga builds strength, stamina and flexibility through a combination of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga asana flow. This class begins with some pranayama (breath control) and core-strength exercises, building heat from within the body. Thirty minutes of HIIT yoga movement is then followed by restorative stretching and relaxation. All levels are encouraged to attend.
The 60-minute Power Vinyasa class is a powerful series rooted in mindful breath work and meditation. The class will offer a challenging, energizing flow as well as a variety of deep, relaxing stretches. Every session is different and students are encouraged to find the rhythm of their body and see where their practice takes them each week. Modifications are always provided to allow students the opportunity to modify to what works for their body that day. All levels are encouraged to attend.
Renew & Restore
This is a 90-minute class with a focus on Vinyasa Yoga for the first 60-minutes (Renew) and Restorative/Yin Yoga for the remaining 30 minutes. All levels are encouraged to attend.
Vinyasa yoga is a challenging and athletic yoga class, poses are linked together and synced with the breath. We flow through the asanas connecting each sequence with a breath and postures. This keeps the body warm and engaged throughout the practice. This is a beautiful, dynamic style of flow Yoga that maintains a playful and dance-like quality. There is no set sequence and each teacher brings his/her own style. Many of the classes incorporate music to support the energy of the flow. Expect to find strength and fluidity through a strong, breath-driven flow. This all-levels practice cultivates focus, alignment, stamina, and flexibility.
Restorative yoga provides a balance to the pace of modern living, restoring your natural energy. These poses apply static, gentle pressure in long holds to build fluidity and elasticity throughout your connective tissues. Through the class, we have weaved together a variety of ancient techniques to calm the mind and soothe the nervous system. This is an integrated practice for whole-body health with tools you can take with you off the mat and into your daily life, including cultivating sustainable energy, increasing your sense of calm, happiness, and profound relaxation. This yoga class uses props, gentle and restorative postures, pranayama and meditation to relax the body and quiet the mind. It is perfect for students of all ages and abilities including those healing from injury. Supported postures are held for several minutes allowing the body to release tension completely and giving the mind ample time to slow down and let go.

Kickboxing & Yoga tuitions are interchangeable. For example, if you purchase a 10-class Punch Card then you can use it for both Yoga and Kickboxing classes. This is also applicable for the 3-month, 6-month & 12-month tuition options.
I am a 200-hour RYT based in the Greater Seattle Area. I studied under Dora Gyarmati at Spira Power Yoga in West Seattle and developed a teaching style with a strong foundation of mindful meditation. My hope is to teach students the many benefits of yoga, both physical and mental.
Yoga can be much more than a workout - I encourage students to feel grounded, connect with their breath, with the Self. I am passionate about teaching students to acknowledge the thoughts they experience during their practice - expectations, judgments - see them, and then let them go. Yoga is a personal journey and each class experience is different depending on how you are feeling that day; it is a journey into self love.

After playing soccer for 20 years, Lauren found yoga as a way to stay active. She practiced hot yoga weekly and began to appreciate the physical and mental benefits.
Lauren’s love of yoga grew as her practice evolved. Once yoga became part of her every day routine, Lauren enrolled in Teacher Training at Seattle’s 8 Limbs Yoga Center.
Lauren believes in the importance of pairing the breath with body movement and flow. She aims for each class to feel rewarding to every body, mind and soul.
I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years and am RYT 200 certified. I even had office yoga in my last office and experienced the benefits of it first hand. I fell in love with how yoga changed my life, so I set about to help others experience similar changes.
I teach Hatha and Vinyasa style classes. Hatha classes move more slowly with the breath but the class warms you up as you move. The Vinyasa class has flowing, conscious movement to heat you up and focus your mind. I use yoga to ground you into yourself and work away soreness and tension from the day.
